The teachers that I am working with in this professional development are not all native English speakers. In order to make sure that they are able to be successful in my course, they will be working with other teachers in groups. The lesson is on a Ning and a Wiki, so they can access them at any time, as many times as they need to. They will be creating videos and powerpoint projects with a transcript. This allow them to be creative in their learning using technology.
